Waiting List

  • We reserve the first 4 spots on our Waiting List on a first come first serve basis. Additional spots may be opened once we have a more accurate confirmation of puppy counts per the x-ray done at around day 55 of pregnancy (*Note: the gestational period for canines is 63 days).

  • Gender & color preferences are noted but cannot be guaranteed.

  • We do not require a deposit to be placed on our Waiting List. Puppies are available to reserve at or around 6 weeks of age. Waiting list clients get priority in puppy selection in the order they are listed on our waiting list. All remaining unreserved puppies will be made available to the public after puppy selection day to ensure that all of our puppies are able to find their forever families.

Puppy Reservation Fee

  • Puppies become available to reserve when they have reached 6 weeks of age and have received health certification from our licensed Veterinarian so that our clients have full disclosure before selecting their forever fur-family member. We require a $400 non-refundable deposit to reserve your puppy. This deposit will go towards the total purchase price. We accept payments via cash, Venmo and Zelle for the puppy deposit.

  • We accept the following payment methods for the remainder of the balance: Cash, Zelle, Venmo, or through the secure site: Good Dog. Please inquire if you have any questions.

Puppy Pricing

Our current 2024 pricing is in the range of $2300 - $3000 for limited (pet only) registration. Breeding rights are available on a limited case-by-case basis for an additional fee (please inquire if you have any questions). It is our preference that puppies are sold to pet only homes, and we do our very best to keep our pricing affordable and in line with the current market value. The MOST important thing to us is finding the very best FOREVER homes for our puppies. We are very transparent and will answer any questions you may have, please don’t hesitate to reach out!

Puppy Contract / Health Guarantee

This document constitutes an agreement between Lake Point French Bulldogs LLC (“seller”) and ______________________________________ (“buyer”). This is a private transaction between the buyer and the seller for the purchase of a French Bulldog with Full AKC: ____ Limited AKC: ____.

The following are the terms and conditions of this contract.

1. Price of the French Bulldog. (1) The buyer agrees to the purchase of a French Bulldog puppy in the amount of (USD) $__________ to be paid to the seller before this contract is effective. (2) The buyer assumes financial responsibility for shipment of the puppy by the seller.

2. Identifying information for the French Bulldog puppy. (1) The seller agrees to ship or deliver to the buyer a French Bulldog puppy with the following characteristics.

3. Registration. (1) The seller guarantees this animal to be registered or qualified for registration with the American Kennel Club.

4. Health of the French Bulldog puppy. (1) The seller agrees to deliver to the buyer a French Bulldog puppy with no symptoms of infectious or contagious disease.

5. Veterinary Health Certification. (1) The seller guarantees that the French Bulldog puppy has been certified as healthy by a licensed veterinarian. (2) The buyer agrees to pay for a licensed veterinary health examination and obtain a health certificate within 5 days of taking possession of the puppy. (3) The buyer agrees to forward the written veterinary health certificate to the seller. The terms and conditions of this contract are not effective until the seller has acknowledged receiving the certificate. (4) The buyer agrees to assume any financial responsibility for this examination, veterinary expenses and/or medications are not covered by this contract.

6. Health Warranty. (1) The Warranty period for this puppy is one year from ____________. This Warranty covers fatal and life altering congenital diseases. This includes severe hip dysplasia as well as kidney, heart, pancreas, spine and liver problems of a severe, life threatening or altering nature. (2) If the French Bulldog puppy dies within this contract’s effective period, the buyer agrees to assume financial responsibility for an autopsy on the puppy, to be performed by a licensed veterinarian to determine the cause of death. (3) If the cause of death is found to be any affliction listed in the Health Warranty section (6.1) of this contract, the seller agrees to replace the puppy with one of similar identifying characteristics as those listed in the identifying information for the French Bulldog puppy section (2.1) of this contract, unless characteristics are unavailable to the seller or otherwise specified by the buyer. (5) Buyer agrees that there is no monetary refund of any kind, full or partial guaranteed or implied. (6) The puppy must exhibit the congenital defect within the effective period of this contract. (7) The buyer agrees to notify the seller of the problem as well as furnish veterinary reports by two unassociated licensed veterinarians stating the affliction within two business days of the problem’s discovery.

7. Health Conditions. (1) This guarantee does not apply to afflictions that are considered to be common in the bulldog breeds. These include, but are not limited to, cherry eye, entropion, “loose” hips, skin allergies, elongated soft palate and collapsed nostril, soft palate issues, trachea issues, stenotic nares, inverted tails, fertility issues, fungal and bacterial infection, respiratory infection, parvo virus, undescended testicles, uneven bites, localized dermodex, etc. Coccidosis, or kennel cough are also not covered in this contract, both of which can be common in puppies. (2) Any kind of parasite, bacteria, or viruses and sicknesses which could be associated with the afflictions listed in section (7.1) of this contract or environmental factors will not be covered in this contract. Including allergies, dysfunction, demodectic mange and other autoimmune disorders. (3) The seller does not assume responsibility for any reaction to any vaccination. (4) The seller does not assume responsibility for any medical expenses incurred associated with any health problem. (5) This guarantee does not apply to any physical problems which could be the result of an injury. (6) This guarantee does not apply to the presence of deafness or any kind of hearing problems.

8. Puppy Care. (1) The buyer agrees to provide the puppy with routine preventative care and follow a veterinarian guideline for vaccination and deworming. (2) The buyer agrees to keep the puppy away from dog parks, grassy areas, pet stores, etc. until the puppy is at least 16 weeks of age and has received final vaccination. (3) The buyer agrees to keep the puppy away from lakes, rivers, oceans, and other bodies of water where the puppy can be in danger of drowning, unless proper safety protocol is followed. (4) The buyer agrees to provide adequate fresh water, quality food and rest to the puppy. (5) The buyer assumes responsibility for protecting the puppy from loss, theft, danger, neglect and abuse.

9. Return Policy. (1) A puppy eligible for replacement, pursuant to section 6 of this contract must be returned or euthanized with permission from the seller to qualify for replacement. (2) The returned puppy must appear in good condition to the seller, other than the specified problem. (3) A puppy will not be eligible for replacement if it has been or appears to have been neglected, abused, bred or euthanized without permission from the seller. (4) The buyer agrees to assume financial responsibility for all transportation costs incurred for transporting the returned puppy to the seller.

10. Rehoming. (1) If the buyer is unable to keep their puppy for any reason, they agree to return the puppy (along with all paperwork and any remaining puppy pack items) to the seller immediately. (2) Pursuant of section 6 of this contract, the buyer understands and agrees that there is no monetary refund of any kind, full or partial guaranteed or implied. (3) The seller agrees to then assist the buyer in finding an acceptable new forever home for the puppy. (4) In the interest of what is best for the puppy, under No circumstances is the buyer to resale the puppy on their own, surrender the puppy to a shelter or rescue group of any kind, or give the puppy to anyone without the seller’s direct consent. (5) All fees related to the puppy’s re-sale (Online fees, advertising, etc.), in addition to the cost of food/grooming/vet care or any other expenses that have incurred while the puppy is in the care of the Seller will be deducted from the monies received from the re-sale of the puppy. All remaining funds from the re-sale will be given to the buyer. (6) The seller agrees to supply all necessary receipts for the deductions to the buyer. (7) If the buyer has previously registered the puppy through the AKC, it is then the buyer’s responsibility to transfer ownership on the AKC registration to the new owners. This must be completed BEFORE any re-sale monies are paid to the buyer. **Please Note: These requirements have been put in place in this contract to protect the puppy and to ensure that they never end up in a rescue group, shelter, or in an undesirable home that will not provide the proper care/love the puppy needs and deserves. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

10. Dispute. (1) This is the entire purchase contract; no other promise or stipulations are included or implied. (2) In any, and all legal action pertaining to this dog, a contract shall be considered legally binding. (3) In the event of any dispute or disagreement under this contract, the laws of Utah will govern the resolution of the dispute and venue for resolution of any dispute will be Utah. (4) It is understood that should a buyer choose to pursue a disputed situation in a court of law, the buyer understands that the place of venue and jurisdiction is to be in Tooele County, Utah. It is further understood that the buyer will be responsible for all seller’s court fees. (5) To the extent that any provision of this contract may be invalid under any law of the state of the buyer, all remaining provisions remain binding.
